i have been in a drug rehab program for almost 5 yrs. i used to be addicted to oxycontin and other pain meds. since i started this treatment program 5 yrs ago i have been clean fron ALL drugs. they give me random drug test whenever they decide to do them. i have a "shy bladder" so when i do try to drop i usually can not ( they stand right beside me and watch) they tell you "go drink fluids till you can go" so thats what i did till my eyeballs was floating then i was able to drop for them. i know for a fact i did not tamper or take any drugs or anything BUT when they recieced my results back a few days ago they told me it was dilute and my creatine level was too low meaning that i had added water to my urine!! they told me if this happens again i will be dicharged from the program. i had ask them about me drinking toooooo much water and he told me no that will not cause this to happen to the test. this is very important to me, having clean drug test that is, so when i failed the last one it crushed me and not to mention the fact that someone is basically calling me a liar when im not!! what can i do? is there any information i can find that is 100% accurate so i can throw it in their face so to speak? i cant get discharged from the program because i dont feel i am fully ready to be on my own with my addiction i still need their help. please can someone give me some advice? thank you for your time!!

Google erowid.org. They have a comprehensive look at all manners of tests and false positive information etc. I there it states that you should raise hell. It also has valuable information what you can do (provided that you have a lawyer to help you). An attorney is necessary for most of the false positive stuff. I guess all I can say is that you need to check out the section on how to fool them. In your case it's a little harder since you have someone looking over your shoulder.
