I was at a party last Friday nite (Nov 14) and I went into the smoking room to have a cigarette and a few people were passing around a joint. I didn't partake, cuz I don't do that anymore. On this coming Tuesday (Nov. 25) I am interviewing for a job which will be giving me a drug test. Should I test ok? It was a small room, but a window was open.
You'll be fine. It's next to impossible to fail a drug test for secondhand smoke. You'd have to be in an enclosure the size of a medium-sized cardboard box with very little ventilation for a while. It's the reason why you can't use this as an excuse if you DO fail actually. So don't stress over it, you'll be fine.
iam about 250 pounds and 5 7 i have not smoked pot in 4yrs i took one hit off a pipe and inhaled one hit from my sisters mouth about 5 days ago i go drug test in one week will i be fine
Lisa...I take it you are a little on the heavy side. Since the active ingredient in marijuana (THC) is fat soluble, it's likely to stick around in your adipose tissue a little longer than someone not as heavy set. It is very unlikely that one hit has enough THC to be absorbed into your system and have it show up as positive...most likely show up well below the limit of quantitation on the methods used for analysis
