My son recently spent 4 months in jail. The day after his release he was urine drug tested and tested positive for Methamphetamines. Even though drugs run rampid in the jails my son swears to me he did no drugs in there and hasn't done any ever. He did take a Remeron (anti-depressant) the night before his hearing to help him sleep. I'm trying to find out if that could have caused a false positive. I really need help on this too....he went back to jail because of this. I believe he is telling me the truth.
