I recently subbed a urine sample for a drug test successfully, but I found out that it's often reccomended that I wash the condom out or use a non-lubed one. Unfortunately, I did not know this prior to the test. The temp was fine and everything went off without a hitch, but is there a high risk of them detecting contaminants? And if so, what are my options?

You definitely want to use a non-lubricated condom! The lubrication on the condoms could influence the test results negatively. There's really nothing more you can do though if you've already taken the test :-/
