I am worried that I won't know what day/time my test will be. Do they HAVE to give you notice and time or is it immediate? I took a drink test awhile back, "Formula 1" and passed using the day of. I am a pretty big guy and it worked for me luckily. But I don't want to rely on that. I'm pretty sure I can get someone to sub for me, but what is a good way to store it? How long is the urine good for? Can I freeze, re-freeze? I read about putting your own urine into the cup, then waiting for the temp to go up, dumping it out and then filling it with the sub. I just don't want to worry about not having it when I need it. Also, is the temp needed between the 90-99 degree line? And isn't 45ml the minimum required for testing? Just a few thoughts that maybe someone would have the answers to. Thanks for your time.
Your best bet would be to buy powdered urine. Freezing supposedly works, but it won't last very long. You can also make your own powdered urine by boiling away all the water, but it's easier and more reliable to buy it in the powder form.
As for how much, it's usually about 1" deep in the cup, or halfway full if you can do it. I'm not sure how many mL that is, but if you've ever seen those cups, there's a good estimate.
The temperature has to read between 90-100 degrees when read within 4 minutes after you hand over the sample.
