Would a first time user of cocaine who only did three lines 45 days before a test show up on a test as positive or is that not likely enough to meet the minimum requirements for a positive test. Just hopping that someone here might know.
Not a chance. Drug detection times for cocaine are extremely short. The majority of drug testing is focused on marijuana users because of how long it stays in the system. Cocaine, on the other hand, will only stay in the system for 2-5 days, with an average being four days.
However, your question relates to hair testing, which is a different beast. Granted cocaine isn't like marijuana, where active particles of the drug are being exposed all over your body via smoke, cocaine "dust" definately goes throughout the air. Unless, of course, you're smoking cocaine or crack cocaine.
You said you haven't done a line in 45 days though, so you'll be fine. If you're super worried though, it wouldn't hurt to get a bottle of Nexxus Aloe Rid, which I'm sure you could find at a national chain like Wal-Mart.
But like I said, I wouldn't stress over this. Let us know the results though, it will help others out in the future. I'll be putting out a drug testing survey shortly too to help others gauge what works and what doesn't when it comes to drug testing and certain drugs.
I hope so I used paul mitchell 3 shampoo on my hair but of course im totally stressed out till i get my results. Do you think 3 lines of cocaine just isn't enough to show up on a hair test?
